Directions
1. Mash chickpeas with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and smoked paprika.
2. Spread the chickpea mixture on Corn Thins slices.
3. Top with tomatoes and parsley.
4. Enjoy immediately.

1 cup canned chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced
¼ tsp smoked paprika

6 cherry tomatoes, halved
1 tbsp chopped parsley
