Spicy Chilli and Herb Dip with Greek Yoghurt

Directions
- In a small pot place the extra virgin olive oil and heat over medium heat at 180 degrees Celsius.
- In a heatproof bowl add the chilli, garlic, onion, pine nuts, and coriander. Pour in the heated extra virgin olive oil. Season with pepper.
- In a bowl add ¼ cup of yoghurt and ¼ of the mixture on top. Serve with a side of 6 Corn Thins slices
- Enjoy!

2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 spring onion, finely sliced
1 tbsp toasted pine nuts
½ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
1 cup Greek yoghurt
