Directions
First make scrambled egg by whisking the 2 eggs and milk together. Add salt & pepper if desired. Add a dash of olive oil to non stick pan over a medium flame, once hot pour in egg mixture. Stir every few seconds (but not constantly) to move egg around. Once the egg is fully cooked (no clear runny egg), remove from heat. Add the scrambled egg to the CORN THINS slices, then add a slice of brie to each slice. Enjoy.
