Directions
This is a great recipe to use up leftover roast pumpkin.
Layer the sliced roast pumpkin across each Corn Thins slice, then add a few kale leaves. Sprinkle on some almonds, dried cranberries, feta & herbs, then drizzle on some zhoug.
Zhoug is quite spicy, so add depending on how spicy you like your food. Add salt & pepper as desired.

Almonds (slightly crushed)
