Whipped Ricotta with Hot Cross Bun Spices, Currants & Candies Orange
To make Whipped Ricotta with currants & spices
Whip ricotta, honey, mixed spice & vanilla in an electric mixer till smooth. Taste & add more honey or spice mix, if desired.
Remove bowl from the mixer and manually mix in the currants. This can be used immediately of stored covered in the fridge for 3 - 5 days.
To Make Whipped Ricotta with Hot Cross Bun Spices, Currants & Candies Orange simple spread a generous amount of the Whipped Ricotta, spice and currants mixture onto each Corn Thins slice, the top with some candied orange.

2 - 3 Tbsp of Whipped Ricotta with Spices
Candied Orange
Ingredients for Whipped Ricotta with spices
11/2 cups of Ricotta
2 Tbsp of honey (3 if you like it a little sweeter)
11/2 Tsp of vanilla bean paste
4 pinches of mixed spice (or to taste)
6 Tbsp of currants
