Tomato, Red Onion, Carrot, Rocket, Trout Fillets
Layer the tomato & carrot onto each CORN THINS slice. Add a little onion, then distribute the trout evenly onto each slice. Finally add the rocket, and some pepper & salt if desired.

1 Trout fillet (left overs)
1 Medium tomato (sliced)
Red Onion (small amount of finely sliced onion)
1/2 small carrot (grated)
