Cream Cheese Icing & Strawberries
Simply spread cream cheese icing across CORN THINS slices, then cover with fresh strawberry. Finish off by sprinkling on the freeze dried strawberry. Try & stop at 3 slices. Yum.
To make icing
Use an electric mixer to thoroughly mix the cream cheese, butter & vanilla essence, then slow add in the icing sugar while still mixing. Continue mixing until all ingredients are entirely mixed. Put any leftover icing in the fridge for later use.
3 Corn Thins slices
Handful of Fresh Strawberries (chopped)
2 tsp freeze dried strawberries
2 - 3 Tbsp of cream cheese icing
To make icing
60g cream cheese
30g butter
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
3/4 cup icing sugar
