Chocolate, Peanut Butter & Banana
On a chopping board crush the dark chocolate into small pieces.
Peel a banana and slice into small circles.
Spread the peanut butter onto each Corn Thins slice, sprinkle the crushed chocolate and place on the banana pieces on top.
Enjoy a breakfast that feels a bit naughty but is actually very nice.
3 Corn Thins slices
40g of 100% peanut butter
3 squares of 70% cocoa solids dark chocolate
