Boiled Egg, Pickled Onion, Mayonnaise & Chives
Pre prepare the boiled eggs by cooking the eggs in boiled water for about 8 mins. Put aside till cool. Maybe cook the day prior to wanting to eat & store in the fridge.
Spread mayonnaise across the CORN THINS slices, then layer on the sliced boiled egg & pickled onions. Finally top with some chives and sprinkle with pepper & salt if desired.
