Melted Dark Chocolate & Sea Salt

CORN THINS slices dipped in dark choclate with a sprinkle of sea salt

Directions

Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave. This should take about 2 mins, but check & slightly stir after 1 min. Stop once chocolate has only just melted. If you over-cook the chocolate will go hard.

Take the CORN THINS slices and dip them into the melted chocolate. Sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt, then consume as soon as the chocolate cools (a bit). Don't wait too long or the CORN THINS slices lose their crisp texture.

Popcorn taste & dark chocolate..... a sweet snack doesn't get much better than that.

200g of dark chocolate

8 - 12 CORN THINS slices 

Sea salt
