Hommus, Tempeh & Watercress

Directions
Cut Tempeh into 2cm cubes. Fry in a pan with olive oil till each side is slightly brown. Set aside to cool slightly.
Spread hummos across the CORN THINS slices then top with tempeh & watercress. Add salt & pepper if desired.

3 CORN THINS slices
Tempeh (cut into 2cm cubes)
Hummos (home made, or store bought)
Watercress
Olive oil (tsp just for cooking the tempeh)
Salt & pepper (if desired)
