Ricotta, Sundried Tomato & asparagus on CORN THINS slices

Directions

Pre-cook asparagus buy cooking in microwave for about 4 mins (till just tender). Put aside to cool.

Spread ricotta across the CORN THINS slices, then layer on sundried tomato & asparagus.
