Asparagus, Salsa & Smoked Salmon

Make salsa by finely chopping up one small tomato, 1/4 onion & a small amount of spring onion.



Spread some mayonnaise onto one CORN THINS slice. Add some lightly streamed asparagus. Layer on some smoked salmon. Then finally top with a small amount of salsa



Small tomato (1)

Small onion (1/4)

Spring Onion (1)

Smoked Salmon (100g)

Mayonnaise (4 teaspoons)

Lightly steamed Sprigs of Asparagus (4)
