Sorghum is grown in Australia but it is not widely known. Sorghum is a gluten free grain, which is also non-GMO, so perfect for Real Foods to use as a primary ingredient for a new and different popped grain crispbread

Like corn, sorghum grains can be popped to resemble mini pieces of popcorn. Rather than having a popcorn taste, popped sorghum has a grainy, almost nutty flavour.
