Directions
Cook the Tempeh as per the instructions on the pack (till brown on both sides). Layer the tempeh & avocado onto each CORN THINS slice, the dollop on as much saurkraut as you like.

1 Small Avocado (sliced)
Tempeh 50 - 80g
2 - 3 Tbs Saurkraut
