Hommus, Falafel, Cucumber & Green Broad Beans

Directions
Heat the falafel in the microwave for 30secs, then cut into slices for easier addition to the CORN THINS slices. Spread a generous amount of hommus onto each CORN THINS slices, then place on some beans, cucumber & the falafel. Add a little salt & pepper if desired.

3 CORN THINS slices
2 -3 Falafel balls
1/2 small cucumber (thinly sliced)
Broad beans (left overs can be left in a sealed container in the fridge for up to a week)
