Whipped Ricotta, Roast Broccoli, Sundried Tomato & Olives on Corn Thins slices

To make the roast the broccoli, heat the oven to about 200C. Cut or break the broccoli into more manageable sized florets, then place in a bowl and toss with some oil & season with a sprinkle of salt. Place the broccoli in a greased baking & put in the over for 15 - 22mins till the broccoli is a little soft & the edges have browned a little. Once cooked, put broccoli aside to cool.


To make CORN THINS meal simple spread the whipped ricotta across each CORN THINS slice, then add the broccoli, olives & sundried tomato. Season with addition salt & pepper if desired.
