Sardines, Egg & Lettuce topping recipe for CORN THINS slices

Boil a couple of eggs for about 10 mins, then put aside to cool. Once cool mash egg with a dash or milk and a tbsp of mayonnaise (pepper & salt to taste).

Spread smashed boiled egg across CORN THINS slices, then layer on sardines & lettuce.



2 boiled eggs

Can of sardines


Dash of milk

Tbsp Mayonnaise

Pepper & salt
