Rosemary, Haloumi & Grape
Whisk together rosemary, olive oil and salt and pepper. Brush over haloumi slices then grill on high heat 1-2 mins or until golden and crispy.
Slice grapes and arrange over 4 Corn Thins slices. Place 2 slices of grilled haloumi on top, to serve.
1 sprig rosemary, leaves picked and finely chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper
1 x 250g block haloumi, sliced into 8 even slices
