Spread cottage cheese over CORN THINS slices. Then layer on eggplant, sundried tomato & artichoke. Finish of with sprigs of shallots.

Artichokes (2-4 pieces)

Grilled Eggplant (2 - 4 slices)

Cottage Cheese (2 tbsp)

Shallots ( 4 sprigs)
