GF Meatballs & Tomato Sauce
Make gluten free meatballs as per the link to the Corn Thins recipe below. Takes about 40 mins. Then add the meatballs & meatball sauce to a large pot and heat together till sauce is bubbling. Once bubbling, turn down heat and let simmer for 10 mins with lid on the pot.
Put 3 Corn Thins slice per plate. Ladle on some meatballs & sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese & add a few basil leaves. Use your fingers to eat & have a few serviettes near by for your fingers & mouth. Enjoy.
18 - 24 Corn Thins slices
1.4 - 1.5 L meatball sauce (about 2-3 bottles, or make your own)
