Are you craving a cheesy dip which is plant based? This is the recipe for you. Not only does this recipe taste delicious but is full of health benefits. This includes a complete source of protein from the calcium fortified soy milk. The soy mill also adds two serves of dairy alternatives calcium serves. Nutritional yeast is a key ingredient to the cheesy flavour and gives your body a source of B vitamins and some are fortified with vitamin B12. Vitamin B12 plays a major role in keeping your central nervous system functioning normally.

Carrot adds several nutrients including dietary fibre, vitamin C and vitamin A. Potato adds additional vitamin C and fibre to the dip. 1 packet of Corn Thins slices

1 large peeled and boiled potato

½ teaspoon of garlic powder

½ teaspoon of onion powder

1 large peeled and boiled carrot

2 cups of unsweetened calcium fortified soy milk

1 teaspoon of salt

½ cup nutritional yeast



  1. Blend ingredients in a blender until a smooth consistency has been created.
  2. Serve into a bowl.
  3. Serve with Corn Thins slices.
  4. Enjoy!
