To make the blue cream cheese icing simply beat the cream cheese, butter & vanilla in a bowl with an electric better. Beat until the mixture is pale, then gradually add in the icing sugar till thoroughly mixed. Add the blue colouring a drop at a time, thoroughly mixing in between each drop of the colouring to till you get the shade of blue colour you desire.
To make the Hungry Hippos simply spread some of the blue cream cheese icing across each CORN THINS slice, then hop on a Hippo, gently pushing it into the blue icing.

1/2 tsp vanilla essence
3/4 cups icing sugar
Blue food colouring
