Spread the nut butter across each Corn Thins slice, layer on the apple, the sprinkle with the granola.
This is a quick easy breakfast. Something you can even make at work. You will love light crunch & popcorn flavour of the Corn Thins slices, combined with fresh flavour of apple, peanut butter & granola.
Ingredients
3 Corn Thins slices
1 - 2 Tbsp of Whipped peanut butter (or any other nut butter you prefer)
1 Apple (cored & sliced)
2 Tbsp granola (your favourite one, or even make our GF variation [Corn Thins Clusters/Granola])
