Directions
To make the salsa mix the lime juice, salt & honey in a small bowl till the honey has been mixed in. Put strawberries & mint into a larger bowl, then add the honey/lime mixture. Mix well.
Spread the Nutella across each Corn Thins slice, then top with a spoonful of the strawberry salsa.
The Corn Thins slice's popcorn flavour combined with Nutella & the sweet/sour flavour of the strawberry salsa will make it so hard to stop at 2 or 3 slices of this.
Ingredients
8 - 12 Corn Thins slices
8 Tbsp of Nutella
500 g Strawberries (finely chopped)
Juice from 1 lime
2 Tbsp of chopped mint
2 Tsp of honey
1 pinch of salt
