Tuna Rangoon, Baby Cucumber & Crushed Wasabi Peas

To make the tuna Rangoon, simply thorough mix all the tuna Rangoon ingredients in a small bowl. Use a fork to help break up the tuna. Taste, then add salt & pepper as needed.
Spread the tuna Rangoon across each Corn Thins slice. Sprinkle on the crushed wasabi peas, then layer on the cucumber slices. Add more salt & pepper, if desires....then enjoy.
3 Corn Thins slices
3 Tbs of Tuna Rangoon
2 Baby Cucumbers (sliced)
1 Tbs Wasabi Peas (crushed)

95g Canned Tuna
1 1/2 Tbsp of cream cheese
1 1/2 Tbsp of sour cream
2 Tsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp spring onion (finely chopped)
1/2 garlic clove (crushed)
Salt & pepper for seasoning
