Tahini, Nashi Pear, Honey & Sesame seeds

Nashi pears are a fantastic fruit which originates from Eastern Asia. This deliciously crunchy fruit is a good source of fiber with around 3.6g of dietary fiber per 100g.  It is also a good source of vitamin C, folate, vitamin K, potassium, and magnesium. Folate is a B vitamin which is important to make and repair your DNA. Vitamin K helps to support normal blood clotting and potassium helps to support the health of your heart by lowering your blood pressure.

Nashi pears are also rich in antioxidants which help to fight off excess free radicals, reduce inflammation and support overall wellbeing. Try adding nashi to your morning cereal, as part of a yoghurt snack on top of a Corn Thins slice with some cheddar cheese.
