Smoked Mackerel, Horseradish Cream, Radish & Dill on Corn Thins slices

Directions

Spread some of the horseradish cream across each CORN THINS slice, then layer on the slices of radish. Divide the mackerel across each CORN THINS slice, then finish off with a few sprigs of dill. Sprinkle with salt & pepper if desired

150g of smoked mackerel

Radish (thinly sliced)

Horseradish cream

Dill
