Saute Spinach & Garlic with Boiled Egg

To Make Sauteed Spinach
Heat oil in a large pan, when the oil is hot add chopped garlic & cook on a medium heat till garlic starts to go translucent (not brown). Turn heat down & add in spinach. Cook (with occasional stirring) till spinach is cooked & soft. Once cooked, turn off heat and add lemon juice plus desired amount of salt & pepper. Not the spinach is ready to use.

2 boiled eggs (sliced)
Sauteed spinach

100g of fresh clean spinach leaves
1 clove of garlic (finely chopped)
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice
pepper & salt
