Mayo, Grilled Corn & Coleslaw
Spread mayonnaise over the CORN THINS slices, then top with coleslaw & finally the char-grilled corn
To Make Coleslaw
Thoroughly mix mayonnaise, vinegar & Dijon mustard. Mix all vegetable ingredients well with a large bowl, then add the mayonnaise mixture. Taste and add salt & pepper, as desired.
To Make Grilled Corn
Cook a cob of corn on a grill. As the corn chars, turn the corn to a non charred side. Continue this till the corn is cooked.Leave to cool slightly, then cut corn kernels from the cob.
Put any unused ingredients in the fridge.

2 Tbsp grilled corn
2 Tbsp coleslaw
Mayo
To Make Coleslaw
I/2 head of cabbage (finely sliced)
1 large carrot (grated)
1/2 stick of celery (finely chopped, or grated)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp Vinegar
2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
Handful or parsley (finely chopped)
Salt & pepper to taste
