Whipped Brie with grilled marmalade mandarin recipe with Corn Thins slices

The produce of the month is a sweet treat perfectly packaged for easy transport. The fruit I am talking about is mandarins. Mandarins are a great fruit for many reasons. One medium mandarin will give you around 26% of your daily vitamin C needs. Vitamin C is needed to optimise your immune system as well as is needed to make the protein collagen. Collagen keeps your skin looking youthful and your ligaments and tendons strong.

Mandarins are also a source of fibre to support the health of your gut. Also, potassium, magnesium, copper, and iron. It also provides your body with fluids to help keep you hydrated.

There are over two hundred different types of mandarins so there is likely to be one type which makes your taste buds happy.
