Here is a great next day use for left over chicken satay sticks.
Simply layer on the chicken, cucumber and carrot. Add a little spring onion and a few coriander leaves. Finally sprinkle on some sesame seeds & season with salt & pepper, if desired.
Ingredients
3 Corn Thins slices
1 - 2 chicken satay sticks (left-overs)
1/2 cup of pickled carrot
1/2 small cucumber (sliced)
1/4 Spring onion (finely chopped)
Coriander
Sesame seeds
