Dark Choc, Matcha White Choc, Dehydrated Strawberry and Coconut

Directions
- Break the dark chocolate & white chocolate up and place into 2 separate microwaveable bowls.
- Place into the microwave and heat for 1 min, then 30 sec increments till the chocolate is melted. Stir the chocolate each time till it is all melted. Do not over heat otherwise the chocolate will go hard & will not work.
- Once melted add the matcha powder to the white chocolate & mix it is.
- Spoon some dark chocolate onto one of the Corn Thins slices & spread it across the slice, then spoon son of the matcha white chocolate. Swirl this around to get the creative look.
- Add some freeze dried strawberries & coconut, then put aside for the chocolate to set.
- Repeat with more Corn Thins slices till you are out of chocolate.
- Enjoy.

180g dark chocolate
180g white chocolate
2g matcha powder
Coconut flakes
