Directions
I found this great Oreo butter recipe on dinnerthendessert.com which goes perfectly with Corn Thins slices
- Add the cookies to the food processor until finely ground
- Add butter, condensed milk & evaporated milk to a medium microwave safe bowl and microwave on 50% power for 30 secs.
- Stir and microwave for a further 30 secs at 50% power until completely melted
- Add in the Oreo crumbs and stir until moistened
- Microwave for a further 30 secs
- Add in water and stir until mixture is smooth
- Refrigerate for 1 hr before using. Keep any leftover mixture refrigerated in a sealed container/jar for up to 5 days.
Spread generously across each Corn Thins slice & enjoy with your friends.
Ingredients
12 Corn Thins slices (more of less depending on how much Oreo butter you like on each slice)
26 Oreo Biscuits
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup evaporated milk
2 Tbs water
