Chickpea Salad
We found this delicious recipe on https://www.allrecipes.com and it goes perfectly with Corn Thins slices
Simple combine chickpeas, artichokes, celery, feta cheese, parsley, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, mint, oregano, and thyme together in a bowl; toss to coat completely. So easy, now just eat them with the Corn Thins slices, for a delicious nutritious meal with friends and family.
