Mangoes are a delicious treat which is why this is the produce to get your hands on this month. Mangoes not only taste delicious but are rich in nutrients including vitamin C and A, both which support an optimal immune system function. Mangoes are a source of dietary fiber which is needed for your gut to function at its best.
