Mustard, Saurkraut, Fried Vienna Sausage

Mustard, Saurkraut, Fried Vienna Sausage on Corn Thins slices

Cut the sausages in half, then slice done the middle so you have 12 pieces of sausage. Heat the oil in a fry pan over a medium heat, once hot add the sausage pieces. Cook to you get a little browning on both sides of the sausage slices. Then take off the heat to cool a little.

Spread your preferred amount of mustard across each CORN THINS slice, then add a tbsp of saurkraut. Layer on the sausage & these tasty treats are ready to eat.


3 CORN THINS slices

3 Vienna sausages

3 Tbsp saurkraut

Mustard (your favorite)

2 Tsp olive oil
