Egg, Plant Based Bacon, Spring Onion, Mayo & Paprika
Boil eggs for about 10 mins, then put aside to cool a bit. Cook 1 rash of plant based bacon, then cut into small pieces. Once the boiled eggs have cooled a bit, deshell, then mash with added mayo & paprika. Taste & season with salt & pepper as needed. Then spread the egg mixture across each CORN THINS slice. Finally add the chopped spring onion. The perfect weekend breakfast.
3 CORN THINS slices
Plant based bacon ( store bought, although these tend to contain gluten, or make your own GF ones)
2 boiled eggs
1 Tbsp Mayo
1/2 Tsp paprika
1Tbsp chopped spring onion
Salt & pepper (as desired)
