Produce of the Month for March
Sweetcorn is a perfect addition to so many meals and is the produce of the month for March. This delicious vegetable is packed full of health benefits. Corn is a good source of fiber which helps to keep you feeling fuller for longer and helps you to achieve and maintain a healthy weight. Fiber also helps to keep your blood sugar levels lower after a meal.

Sweet corn is also a source of other vitamins and minerals like phosphorus, magnesium, manganese, zinc, and copper. For a winning snack I recommend adding sweet corn and tuna with low fat mayonnaise on Corn Thins slices.
