Either premix all of the ingredients (excluding the dukkah & vinaigrette) in a bowl, then add to each CORN THINS slice, or layer on the cucumber & cherry tomatoes, then crumble on some fetta & sprinkle on the onion. Then drizzle with the vinaigrette & sprinkle on some dukkah.

5-6 Cherry tomatoes (sliced in half)
1/2 small cucumber (thinly sliced)
Small amount of finely chopped onion
