Roast Chicken, Apple, Cranberry & Celery mixed with Mustard & Mayo
Mix apples, celery, cranberries & chicken in a large bowl. Slowly add the mustard mayonnaise (1 tbs at a time), mix & taste till you get to a level you like the taste of. Once well mixed & you like the taste, add a generous amount to each CORN THINS slice. Any left over mix can be stored in a sealed container in the fridge for a day or 2.
2 Granny Smith apples (finely chopped)
1 large celery stalk (finely chopped)
4 Tbs of dried cranberries (chopped)
Mayo Mustard (store bought, or make your own)
200-300g of left over roast chicken (shredded)
6 CORN THINS slices
