Honey Mustard, Boiled Egg & Rocket on Corn Thins slices

20 mins (including boiling the eggs)

Boil 2 eggs in hot water for 10 mins, then put aside to cool slightly. Then de-shell & slice.

Spread the honey mustard across each CORN THINS slice, then layer on the boiled egg. Sprinkle with salt & pepper, then top with some rocket.
