Minted Pea Smash
Cook peas as per the pack. Once cooked, stir in the butter and mint, & mash slightly with a fork. Add salt & pepper if desired. Spread mashed pea mixture across each CORN THINS slice. Crumble on the feta, then they are ready to enjoy.

200g of frozen peas
2 tsp finely chopped mint leaves
1 Tsp butter
50 - 60g of goat's feta
salt & pepper
