Directions
Spread dill cream cheese across CORN THINS slices, then even layer the smoked salmon across the 3 slices.
To make dill cream cheese
Mix room temperature cream cheese with dill, lemon juice & zest. If necessary use a mixer. Store any unused dill cream cheese in a covered container in the fridge.

3 CORN THINS slices
3 Tbsp dill cream cheese
50g smoked salmon
To Make dill cream cheese
250g tub of cream cheese
1 lemon (juice & zest)
4 Tsp fresh dill (finely chopped)
