Ingredients
6 Corn Thins slices per serve
3 large avocados, pitted and flesh scooped out
¼ red onion, minced
1 tsp lime juice
½ tsp fish sauce
½ tsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
2 tbsp coriander, chopped
½ tsp black pepper
Directions
- Scoop out the flesh of the avocadoes into a mixing bowl and mash until moderately smooth but still with some chunks.
- Add in the red onion, lime juice, extra virgin olive oil, fish sauce, toasted sesame seeds, coriander, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Serve with a side of 6 Corn Thins slices per serve.
