Directions
Spread the cream cheese across each Corn Thins slice, then divide the trout in 3 and layer onto each Corn Thins slice. Add a few rocket leaves to each slice, then drizzle on some olive tapenade. Season with salt & pepper, as desired

100 - 150g smoked trout
2 Tbs of cream cheese
Olive tapenade
Rocket/Arugula
Salt & pepper (if desired)
