Ssamjang Scrambled Eggs, Chives and Sesame seeds

Place Ssamjang in a small bowl or cup & add the water to allow the Ssamjang to become more runny/liquid.
Crack eggs into a small bowl & add the runny Ssamjang & sugar.
Whisk mixture till it is well combined, then add the cheese & some seasoning.
Using a low - medium heat, heat oil in a medium pan, then ad egg mixture. Leave for 1 - 1/2 minutes till egg starts to set. Use a spatula to stir and move mixture so any uncooked egg comes into contact with the pan and cooks. Once the egg is cooked remove the pan from the heat.
Put 3-4 Corn Thins slices onto 2 plates, then spoon the scrambled egg onto the slices. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds & Chivesi. Add more salt & pepper if desired. Enjoy.
4 - 6 Corn Thins slices
1 - 2 Tbs of Ssamjang (more or less depending on how spicy you like your eggs)
2 Tbs of water
1 Tsp of sugar
3 eggs
1 Tbs of olive oil
30g Cheddar cheese
Sesame seeds
Chives
Salt & pepper for seasoning
