3 CORN THINS slices
50g of Gruyere Cheese (thinly sliced)
1- 2 leaves Radicchio (finely chopped)
Mushrooms (handful, finely sliced)
4 cm of Leek (finely sliced)
1/2 glove of garlic (if desired)
1 tbs olive oil
Heat olive oil in a fry pan, once warm add in garlic (if desired), leek & mushroom. Stir and cook until mushrooms & leek till they look soft & slightly browned. Put aside to cool a little.
Add radicchio to each CORN THINS slice, then layer on Gruyere cheese. Top this with the mushrooms & leek. Add pepper & salt if desired.
