3 CORN THINS slices
Freshly cooked prawns (peeled)
3 lettuce leaves
1 small tomato (thinly sliced)
1/4 small red onion (thinly sliced)
Sriracha mayonnaise
Chilli flakes
Place a lettuce leave onto each CORN THINS slice, then layer on tomato, onion & 3 prawns per slice. Sprinkle with chilli flakes, then drizzle with the sriracha mayonnaise. Add salt & pepper if desired.
