3 CORN THINS slices
9 thin slices of salami (3 per CORN THINS slice)
Bocconcini balls (sliced)
Baby Spinach (9 – 12 leaves)
1-2 tsp pesto
1 tomato (thinly sliced)
Spread pesto across each CORN THINS slice, then add a few baby spinach leaves. Layer on a few slices of salami, then tomato slices. Lastly, add the bocconcini.
